Geneva's new flexible office rental platform accelerates its growth - Press release

After two years of activity, the Geneva marketplace bmyb.ch confirms its desire to stimulate the market for flexible office and commercial real estate.

bmyb offers fair visibility to the players in this new segment and raises awareness among its users looking for modular and equipped workspaces with more flexible rental conditions than with a traditional lease.

Centralize the offer and simplify the search for flexible offices

The Geneva-based start-up operates in the commercial real estate sector. Its mission is to bring a new dimension to the sharing of premises by facilitating flexible office rental procedures.

bmyb.ch offers a solution for any professional looking for a workspace adapted to their needs, at a transparent price and with flexible administrative conditions.

By grouping together spaces of all types and offering a simplified rental process, the platform provides its users with quick access to a diversified offer adapted to all budgets and all sectors of activity.

Launched at the end of 2017, bmyb has already met the needs of more than a hundred companies looking for the ideal workspace.

Helping companies make their unoccupied premises profitable and offer optimal visibility

bmyb is also the solution for structures whose lease has not evolved with their activity.

The start-up offers them a turnkey service allowing them to optimize the use of unused space in a simple, fast and efficient way, without diverting them from their activity.

As an intermediary bringing together all types of environment - coworking - business centers - corporate subletting - the platform offers optimal and fair visibility, giving market players every opportunity to respond effectively to sustained and growing demand in Switzerland.

Democratize flexible office leasing and accelerate its growth

Thanks to the concept validated by the French-speaking Swiss market, and as a job-creating company, bmyb, already monitored by the Réseau Entreprendre, has recently been able to benefit from the privileged support from GENILEM, an association whose mission is to help and support innovative and viable companies in their development.

Teo Suter and Agrippino Oliva, co-founders of the start-up, have completed their first fundraising campaign for CHF 300K in only a few months, allowing the company to be valued at CHF 2.5M.

The aim of these funds is to help bmyb increase the number of mandates and to educate users about new trends in the commercial real estate market, which are still little known or poorly perceived.

In this way, bmyb is accelerating its growth in French-speaking Switzerland and plans to launch its operations in German-speaking Switzerland by the end of 2020.
